Event Manager

Focus: Leadership, Strategy, and Client Relations

• Client Lead: Serve as the primary contact point—understanding objectives, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.
• Project Leadership: Own end-to-end project planning and execution, from the initial proposal to post-event evaluation.
• Creative Strategy: Develop event concepts and strategic plans aligned with client goals.
• Resource Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Team Coordination: Lead internal creative and production teams to ensure project alignment.

Event Executive

Focus: Execution, Logistics, and Operations

• Operational Support: Assist the team with administrative tasks, documentation, costing, and sourcing.
• On-Ground Execution: Support on-ground operations during events to ensure seamless delivery and flow.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage the details of vendor deliverables and internal production schedules.
• Project Tracking: Monitor progress and ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards.
• Resource Sourcing: Coordinate with external partners to secure necessary materials and services.
