Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Customer Service is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily customer service, administrative, and Business Centre operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organised environment. The role serves as a key point of contact for Owners, VIPs, clients, visitors, internal departments, and external service providers, ensuring a high standard of customer experience and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional front-line customer service and concierge support to Owners, VIPs, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and VIP visits, including meeting room setup, facilities, AV equipment, refreshments, and PPE arrangements.
• Manage daily administrative activities, including document control, filing, records management, and internal document distribution.
• Prepare and submit Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) reports and maintain records in the Novade system.
• Process and monitor invoices and billing through the Esker system for meals, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Material Requests (MR) in SAP and coordinate PPE collection from the main store.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stocks of office supplies, pantry items, stationery, meals, beverages, and PPE.
• Coordinate lunch arrangements and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Min 3-4 years related experience in customer service roles.
• Customer oriented, great EQ, listening & communication skills, friendly disposition.
  
  

Education

Diploma in Business Administration or Others
