The Healthcare Infrastructure Projects Division is a multidisciplinary team consisting of medical planners, architects, engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and asset management professionals, supporting the development and building of public healthcare infrastructure projects such as regional and community hospitals, specialist centres, polyclinics and nursing homes to prepare for future demand.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous facilities management professional to be part of the growing MOHH IFM team. The roles will be dynamic and forward looking as we oversee the integrated facilities management and operations, enabled by smart and sustainable practices enabled by innovations, for the healthcare nursing facilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Report to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Senior Manager.
2. Manage the IFM operations and maintenance, including ad-hoc project works for the care home facilities.
3. Maintain and update regularly on the facilities operation documentations, procedures & processes, and guidelines.
4. Ensure the compliance with Health, Safety, and legislative requirements.
5. Monitor vendor performance and ensure the service level performance requirements are met.
6. Support the analysis of FM operations data (monitoring of utilities, breakdowns, costing, maintenance, users feedback, just to name a few).
7. Manage the monthly IFM reporting and submission.
8. Support and execute the initiatives on FM improvements through innovations and FM technologies (i.e. FM Sustainability certification, Cost-Savings initiatives, productivity, just to name a few).
9. Manage and maintain the digital documentations and records for the operations and continue to innovate.
10. Provide the administration works for the facilities maintenance and operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirement(s):

1. Diploma in Integrated Facilities Management, or Engineering / building services, or related;
2. Higher Nitec in Facilities Management and Engineering or related;
3. Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Certified WSH, Certified Green Mark professional, CFME, will be advantage.

Years of Experience Required:

1. Preferred minimum two (2) years of facilities management experience.
2. Experience in managing healthcare facilities or critical facilities.
3. Good understanding of regulations and legislations regarding but not limited to Fire Safety, Integrated Facilities Management, and Workplace Safety and Health
4. Fresh Graduates may apply with any relevant internship work experience.
