On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for an experienced Network Engineer to join a global team. This is a key role responsible for end-to-end connectivity operations across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network security.

The role will involve working within a global follow-the-sun operating model, supporting offices, retail stores, warehouses, cloud integrations, and remote users worldwide.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in network operations, connectivity, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN, preferably VeloCloud
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, and NAC
• Enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi operations experience
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA/ZCC) and Zero Trust models
• Strong troubleshooting skills across L2/L3 incidents, including RCA and major incidents
• Experience with network monitoring, hybrid connectivity, remote access, SNMP, APIs, and logs
• Experience working with ISPs, carriers, and external vendors
• Knowledge of network security, patching, firmware lifecycle, and configuration hardening
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
• English speaking is a must (B2+ minimum)
• CCNP, CCIE, Zscaler or VeloCloud certifications are a strong advantage
