We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, security, and compliance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ROC modules.

The role will support business operations by providing a reliable, secure, and well-governed platform for development, operations, reporting, and digital service management transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration/development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and instance management.
• Experience with ACLs, roles, access management, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow platform governance.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident investigation skills.
• Experience working with development, architecture, and operations teams.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL Foundation V3
