We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Drone Operations Assistant to support our drone cleaning team. You will assist with equipment preparation, site setup, and ground support for building façade and solar panel cleaning projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, loading, unloading, and transporting drones, cleaning equipment, and accessories.
• Set up hoses, water pumps, safety barriers, and other equipment at project sites.
• Support the drone operator during pre-operation checks and cleaning activities.
• Monitor the surrounding work area and alert the operator to potential hazards.
• Assist with battery handling, charging, equipment cleaning, and storage.
• Check equipment condition and report damage or technical issues.
• Take site photographs and assist with daily work records.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from the team supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Interested in drones, technical equipment, and outdoor work.
• Able to carry equipment and perform practical tasks safely.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or technical support is an advantage.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and applicants without drone experience are welcome to apply.
