Contract

• Contract: 1 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027
• Extension: School may extend for another 1 year, at its discretion.
• Monday–Thursday: 6:45am–4:00pm, including 45-min lunch
• Friday: 6:45am–3:30pm, including 45-min lunch
• No service on weekends or gazetted public holidays.

Main duties

• General administrative and documentation work
• Data entry
• Printing worksheets, booklets and letters
• Handle correspondence
• Answer telephone calls and enquiries
• Handle walk-in enquiries
• Provide basic first aid and care for sick students
• Other duties assigned by the school

Candidate requirements

Preferably:

• GCE N-Level or equivalent
• Basic First Aid experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Able to multitask and manage time well
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Primary school experience preferred
