Telesales – Flextige Solutions

We’re looking for motivated, confident and energetic individuals to join our growing team at Flextige Solutions. If you enjoy communicating with people, are willing to learn and want to grow your income through commission, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Contact and follow up with potential customers via phone and WhatsApp
• Introduce and explain our financial solutions and services
• Understand customers’ needs and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Update customer and sales progress accordingly

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No prior telesales experience required — training will be provided
