Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Position: Customer Support
October Intake Available
Immediate Starters Preferred
JOB DETAILS
- Customer Support for an E-Hailing Account
- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance
- Respond to customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Assist with account / booking / service-related enquiries
- Training provided
- Rotational working shifts
- 6 days working per week, including weekends & Public Holidays
REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian candidates
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries
- Able to work on rotational shifts
- Willing to work 6 days per week
- Candidates with an active e-hailing account are preferred
