• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the brand, i.e. marketing promotions, sales activities
• Provide training and evaluate subordinates’ performance, recommending promotion and job enhancement

We would love to hear from you if…

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in fashion brands and with solid experience in managing a shop
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good management and coaching skills
• Strong fashion sense and have knowledge in fashion trend
