About the Role

Sincere Watch Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Brand Executive to support the development and management of our portfolio of independent luxury watch brands.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, the successful candidate will support brand marketing initiatives, retail engagement, sales performance analysis, and coordination with international brand principals to strengthen brand presence and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support brand management, marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with international brand principals on marketing initiatives, product information, campaign materials, approvals, and other brand-related matters.
• Collaborate with boutique and sales teams, to provide brand updates, product storytelling tools, and training support.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and market trends, preparing monthly reports and analysis.
• Coordinate product assortment, deliveries, orders, merchandise attributes, inventory management, visual merchandising, and after-sales matters.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and day-to-day brand operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in brand management, sales and marketing, or luxury retail.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• A strong interest in luxury, craftsmanship, and horology.
