Job Scope

Tea Barista Duties

• Prepare drinks, including brewing tea, making beverages and preparing toppings
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene
• Follow standard recipes, preparation procedures and hygiene standards
• Assist with daily outlet operations

Manager Duties

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, supervise and support outlet staff during shifts
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and work assignments
• Train new staff on drink preparation, customer service and outlet procedures
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance
• Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Monitor product quality and ensure drinks are prepared according to standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash and outlet checks
• Assist with sales targets, promotions and other operational matters
• Report operational issues and staff matters to management

What You Need

• Positive and responsible attitude
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lead and motivate a team
• Hygiene Certificate preferred
• F&B experience preferred but not required
• Management or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
