. Registration and issuance of entry passes to visitors/vendors who have dealings

with the company.

. Screen all incoming items, parcels, package etc to determined their validity and safety. Ensure that all out-going packages are only allowed when accompanied by authorised documents issued and approved by Heads of Department.

. Enforce the Key Control Procedures - issue to authorised personnel only. inventories must be carried out at every change in position.

. Vehicles entering and exiting the Receiving Bay must be monitored and checked.

. Conduct periodical spot check on employees at their workstations.

. Secure and check exits/entrances of property.

. Ensures free flow of traffic around the complex and in the car park of property.

. Ensures that all garbage going out is properly sorted out for equipment so that this is not used as means to get things out of the premises.

. To issue the guest with the guest portion of the luggage tag and to tag the luggage accordingly.

. Maintaining by ensuring that the CCTV equipment is in good working order.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
