Job responsibilities :

• Operate CNC lathe and CNC milling machine.
• Able to read and program basic machining G code and also run pre-programmed parts on mills and lathes, watching the cutting process to catch errors early.
• Understand technical drawings4. Able to use basic math and precision measuring instruments (i.e. micrometer, vernier caliper, dial gauges, etc)
• Maintenance of cnc lathe and cnc milling machine, including changing worn tool inserts, refill coolant and oil, and clean the work area

Requirements :

• At least 3 years experience as lathe operator.
• Prior working experience in shipyard would be an added advantage.
