Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Fund & business launch management:
Drive the setup for new funds and business entities, including corporate actions, account openings, and operational onboarding.
Ongoing corporation support:
Manage and coordinate ongoing corporate and fund-related changes, including changes to key fund components, restructuring, fund closure, transfer/takeover, and account opening/closure. Oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring proper documentation, stakeholder coordination, and timely execution.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
Serve as the liaison between new fund managers, external service providers, and internal operations to collect, consolidate, and align information with procedural, client, and executive requirements. Assist with service provider onboarding and engagement.
Regulatory Compliance:
Apply regulatory knowledge to assist the filling and execute AML/KYC and due diligence check.
Board support:
Prepare comprehensive reporting packages, presentations, and documentation for internal management team, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors meetings.
Provide ad-hoc finance support.
Any other ad-hoc projects or assignment
