We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support sales and business development activities across the Malaysia and Indonesia markets. The role will involve lead generation, customer outreach, market research, and sales support, providing hands-on experience in engaging with international prospects and contributing to business growth.

Work Schedule: Part-time

Work Location: Work From Home (WFH) / Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Conduct customer outreach and engage with prospective clients.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain and update lead and customer records using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
• Assist with sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and other business development activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to support day-to-day sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Freshers and students who can commit to approximately 4 hours during daytime hours may also be considered.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients when required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
