Job Responsibilities
Diploma certification with min 2 years relevant working experience in marine-related operations.
Technical Executive with some technical experience in shipping industry preferred.
- Assist with documentation works for Project implementation and retrofits
- Facilitate Vessel Managers with tasks related to Class Survey, Change of flag and Change of ownership etc
- Close follow up with Vessel Managers, PIL workshop and Vendors for the spares landed for overhaul
- Manage stevedore damage claims documentation
- Registration of new vendors into systems
- Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as assigned
- BASSNET support – Understudy and assist the PMS Manager in the implementation of BASSnet and database re-built/maintenance
- Assist the PMS Manager with and other Fleet digitization projects where applicable.
- Fleet Process, Performance and Compliance Department support;
- Collating and organizing of Fleet policies and procedures
- Assist in the review of existing processes and implementation of new processes
- Collating required data/information for the tracking of Fleet performance (e.g. KPIs, efficiency program)
- Process transactions (e.g. PO issuance) for sustainability projects
- Support in implementation and monitoring new local and international regulatory requirements under Technical (ie EU ETS, EEXI, CII etc)
- Support in the implementation and monitoring Fleet and Technical in-house projects (ie Vessel Inventory Management, Flying Repair Squad, Training Master/CE)
