Responsibilities:

• Sign up new students and handle registrations
• Manage lesson scheduling, trials & student events.
• Handle school opening & closing
• Billing, fee collection & basic documentation
• Maintain student & parent satisfaction
• Ensure timely fee collection
• Keep the school clean, presentable & functional
• Supervise part time front desk staff and daily operations
• Monitor teacher & student attendance records
• Follow up on inquiries, outstanding payments & feedback
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and report to management

Requirements:

• Responsible, organized & good with people
• Able to work weekends
• Experience in education / customer service is a plus

Requirements

• You can work on Saturdays & Sundays. (2 days off , weekdays)
• Understand Basic Mandarin & English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
