Math Note Tuition Centre is seeking a passionate and committed Mathematics Education Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, permanent role suitable for individuals with a strong foundation in mathematics and a genuine interest in teaching.

Note: This position is not suitable for short-term, holiday, or temporary employment.About the Role

As a Mathematics Education Specialist, you will play an important role in guiding and motivating students in their learning journey. The role focuses primarily on Secondary and JC (O-Level, A-Level, IP, IB) mathematics, with opportunities to teach upper primary levels if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and structured mathematics lessons for Secondary and JC students
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with syllabus requirements (O-Level, A-Level, IP, IB)
• Provide personalised support to address individual learning needs
• Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
• Offer timely, constructive feedback to students and parents
• Contribute to the development and refinement of teaching materials and resources

Requirements

• Strong academic background in mathematics (completed A-Levels, IP, or IB with good results)
• Genuine passion for teaching and interest in mathematics education
• Responsible, reliable, and able to commit consistently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, approachable, and adaptable to different learning styles
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage

Schedule & Commitment

• Part-time role with regular weekly classes
• Some flexibility may be required for lesson preparation or occasional schedule adjustments
• Minimum commitment of one year is required
