Our client is a well-established multinational company in the technology and industrial solutions sector, inviting motivated talent to join their finance team as an Accounting Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in handling all-round accounting duties.
• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage daily accounting operations including vouchers, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and audits.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and assist in budgeting processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external auditors when required.
• Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Stable working history with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably experienced in handling full set of accounts.
• Familiar with accounting systems; experience in SAP will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative team player.
