The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Retail & Key Account Executive to manage and grow the Singapore retail business for SCANPAN and GLOBAL. Our business is primarily operated through department stores on a consignment basis and supported by our own team of in-store promoters. This role combines key account management with direct responsibility for sell-through, promoter performance, promotions, inventory and in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow SCANPAN and GLOBAL sales across our Singapore department-store and retail accounts.
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with buyers and store management, including product listings, assortment reviews, launches and promotional planning.
• Take responsibility for our consignment business, including sell-through, stock productivity, replenishment and product availability.
• Manage and develop our own in-store promoter team, including scheduling, sales targets, product training, coaching and performance follow-up.
• Plan and execute promotions, demonstrations, in-store events and new product launches, with regular store visits to ensure strong execution and brand presentation.
• Work with our 3PL and internal team to coordinate deliveries, replenishment, returns and stock transfers to and from stores, and follow up on delivery or inventory issues.
• Monitor sales, gross margin, inventory and promotional performance and provide regular forecasts and recommendations.
• Identify selective new retail opportunities for SCANPAN and GLOBAL where commercially relevant.

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of relevant retail sales, key account or consumer goods experience in Singapore.
• Experience with department stores, consignment retail or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Experience managing or working closely with retail promoters or frontline sales teams is an advantage.
• Commercially driven, hands-on and comfortable being accountable for sales performance.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and organisational skills.
• Independent and proactive, with a willingness to spend regular time in stores.
• Experience in cookware, kitchenware, home, lifestyle or other premium consumer categories is an advantage.
