Job Summary

• Assist Key Appointment Holders dormitory management during incidents and events.
• Attend to enquiries from clients and employers during office hours.
• Interact with residents to obtain feedback on living conditions and other issues affecting their stay in the dormitory (e.g. noise pollution, cleanliness in common areas, etc.)

Job Description

• To lead and manage a team of assistant estate managers, resident service executives, security officers and estate maintenance crew team members.
• To conduct random unit inspection to ensure that no prohibited items are brought into the dormitory premises and only authorized residents are allowed into the dormitory.
• To assist to maintain and update records in the dormitory management system.
• Ensure that residents adhere to dormitory rules and take appropriate action against offending workers
• To assist in isolation/sick bay cases and follow up with team members
• To organize the dormitory’s fire safety drills and emergency exercises
• To assist activities (e.g. flea markets, variety shows, sports activities)
• To perform any other duties as and when directed by Key Appointment Holders management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management and/or Engineering or equivalent.
• Advantageous with prior experience in foreign workers dormitory.
• Customer service oriented and working with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with leadership qualities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,800.00 - $4,900.00 per month
