  • Partner with Governance, Compliance, Distribution, and Operational stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that strengthen sales governance, adviser supervision, and business quality management.
  • Develop and enhance visualization and reporting solutions that provide management with meaningful insights into conducts risk exposures, remediation effectiveness, and distributions health metrics.
  • Drive data quality and governance initiatives for conducts monitoring datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of management reporting and regulatory submissions.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and risk scoring techniques to identify high-risk advisers, emerging misconduct patterns, and areas requiring enhanced supervisory attention.
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of sales conduct surveillance and monitoring activities.
  • Support Distribution Financial Control (DFC), Sales Conduct Risk Assessment, Right Scorecard, business quality reviews, and governance initiatives by providing analytics-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and ongoing monitoring of corrective actions.
  • Establish and monitor conduct-related KPIs, KRIs, and business quality metrics to enable effective oversight of distribution activities and support management decision-making
