Line Pilates Academy in Johor is seeking an experience Admin Receptionist Manager to oversee daily front desk operation and ensure exceptional service across reception.

Job description:

• Manage front desk and customer service operations, including responding to customer enquiries, managing bookings, payments, and packages.
• Create customer communication captions/templates for monthly promotion.
• Create and update class packages, promotions, and other relevant information through the company website system.
• Prepare and process monthly claims and administrative documents.
• Calculate and monitor part-time receptionist salaries and working hours.
• Manage staff leave, replacements, shift coverage, and staff schedules to ensure sufficient manpower.
• Serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) for the LPA Education, manage student enquiries, enrolment, course information and payments.
• Monitor monthly sales and client data accurately.
• Liase with management or contractor for studio maintenance.
• Assist with managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, outdoor Pilates sessions, and collaborations.
• Arrange and coordinate job interviews when required.
• Assist management with operational planning, administrative tasks, and other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Requirement :

• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp communication.
• Strong leadership skill
• Adaptable and decision-Making

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
