Job Description:

• Provide technical support to customers, as well as the operations and sales departments. Duties include conducting official plant trial mixes, monitoring of in-situ concrete performance at the site, and providing technical data or specifications that are required by customers and internal departments
• Assist in evaluating and monitoring test results of raw materials and concrete to develop design mixes that optimize the qualities of different raw materials
• Ensure orderly stock-take of materials
• Plan orders of resources including raw materials, mixer trucks, manpower, etc
• Communicate regularly with drivers and solve their issues
• Maintain good housekeeping of the plant and ensure plant assets are well-maintained
• Control and monitor plant utilities
• To ensure the DO is collected
• To ensure proper handling of cubes
• People management
• Take initiative to suggest improvements to work and other areas
• To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible for your safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard, or endangerment wherever you are when representing the Company
• Other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of civil engineering, construction technology, material science, concrete technology, and production
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
