Job Description

• Develop detailed MEP BIM models (LOD 200–400) in compliance with company BIM standards and project BEP.
• Have a good knowledge & familiar with M&E Design and manage to interpret 2D Structure Drawings to 3D BIM Model.
• Collaborate closely with C&S teams to ensure accurate coordination and clashfree models.
• Generate plans, sections, elevations, and details directly from the BIM model for design and construction purposes.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Revit Family Library ( M&E -related components, materials, annotations, title blocks, etc.).
• Assist in setting up BIM templates, shared parameters, and project standards to ensure modeling consistency.
• Support project coordination meetings by presenting and updating architectural models in Navisworks or Revit.
• Ensure all modeling tasks comply with the company’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and adhere to ISO 19650 workflows.
• Work with the BIM Coordinator to update and maintain model version control, worksharing setup, and linked file management.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and audits on models to maintain accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit (essential).
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and model coordination workflows.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks (Manage/Simulate), and rendering tools (Twinmotion/Enscape).
• Experience in creating custom Revit Families with parametric functionality.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, CIDB BIM standards, and company-specific BIM protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with Revit Dynamo scripting or automation.
• Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM integration (Navisworks/Cost-X).
• Experience with cloud collaboration tools (ACC, BIM 360, Dalux, etc.).
• Knowledge in presentation tools such as Twinmotion or Lumion.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
