Role Description The Lighting Designer is a full time, hybrid role, with a blend of in studio collaboration and work from home flexibility. Day to day responsibilities include developing lighting details for architectural and interior projects, preparing design documentation, drawings, renderings, and presentations. The role involves coordinating with architects, interior designers, engineers, and clients to refine lighting solutions and ensure design intent is maintained through to implementation. The Lighting Designer will support project delivery by reviewing technical specifications, assisting with fixture selection, and contributing to lighting control strategies that align with sustainability and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in Lighting Design and Architectural Lighting for various project types.
• minimum 5 years practical lighting design experience
• Knowledge of luninaires and Lighting Control systems, including practical application on site.
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools is a must which includes AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Photoshop
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications with attention to detail.
• Independant and meticulous
• Integrity working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and capable in managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in professional lighting design or consultancy is required.
