• Min 3 years of experience in Channel Sales or Channel Management, preferably in IT or cybersecurity
• Experience working with resellers, system integrators or distributors
• Proven track record of growing sales through channel partners
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions and how they are positioned in the market
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.

We help financial institutions, government agencies, and enterprises protect their most critical digital assets.

We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build our partner network, grow sales pipeline and drive revenue through resellers, system integrators and distributors.

Your Responsibilities

1) Grow Our Partner Network

• Identify and recruit new resellers, system integrators and distributors
• Onboard and develop partners into active revenue contributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners

2) Drive Sales

• Develop channel strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Work with partners to build and execute joint business plans
• Identify new opportunities and drive them through the sales cycle
• Own the channel pipeline, monthly forecast and sales targets
• Support partners with proposals, pricing and quotations

3) Enable Partners

• Run partner sales and technical enablement programmes
• Help partners understand, position and sell our cybersecurity solutions
• Work with internal sales and technical teams to support partner opportunities

4) Create Opportunities

• Work with Marketing on partner-led campaigns, seminars and events
• Represent Blue Fortress at industry events to build relationships and identify opportunities
• Keep up with cybersecurity trends, competitors and market developments
