Already guiding a retail team and ready for your next step? At Lite Mobile, you’ll lead an outlet, develop your people and work with Operations Managers to improve sales and service.

Your Role

• Coach the team to achieve sales and profit targets
• Stay involved in sales and customer service
• Manage staff deployment, cash, stock and daily operations
• Resolve customer concerns and work with Operations Managers on recurring issues

You’ll Fit This Role If You Have

• At least 2 years of retail supervisory or management experience
• Confidence coaching staff and handling outlet responsibilities
• A practical, organised approach to solving problems

Mobile or electronics experience is an advantage. Supervisors ready for their first Store Manager role are welcome.

Working Arrangement

• 6 Days Work Week.
• Weekend and public holiday work is required, with travel between outlets when needed.
