We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team!

Job Scope:

• Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination & onboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation & HR letters
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance & leave management
• Assist in payroll preparation, OT calculation & workers’ wages
• Handle staff claims, disciplinary matters & grievance issues
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Liaise with government authorities (JTK, KPDNKK, KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN etc.)
• Handle stamping of agreements and tenancy-related documentation
• Manage renewal of CIDB license and related documentation
• Handle renewal of work permits and FOMEMA matters for foreign workers
• Monitor staff performance appraisal and confirmation process
• Manage training coordination & staff development records
• Support company events, staff engagement & welfare activities
• Attend meetings with clients and external parties when required
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience
• Familiar with payroll processes & Malaysian labour laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Responsible, organized & able to multitask
• Familiar with Infotech Payroll and SQL system

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
