Job Responsibilities

• Represent the company's brands, products, services, and campaigns professionally at events and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions and create positive brand experiences.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Work closely with team members and leaders to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior marketing experience required – full training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
