Role Description The Senior Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya. The role involves leading the technical execution of engineering projects, including defining project requirements, developing detailed engineering plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project engineering activities, reviewing designs and calculations, managing project documentation, and supporting project managers with progress reporting and risk management. The Senior Project Engineer will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address technical issues, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment with project objectives and safety standards. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong project engineering capabilities, including Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Project Planning for complex engineering projects.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects from design through execution, preferably in a consulting or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, and familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Subang Jaya and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
