• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked, recorded, and documented.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic stock take activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation arrangements with logistics providers, suppliers, and customers.
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse and logistics documents, including Delivery Orders, Goods Received Notes, stock records, and shipment documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labelling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving stock, deliveries, damages, shortages, or incorrect items.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to coordinate warehouse and logistics requirements.
• Monitor logistics costs and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Handle & coordinate for custom related such as exemption list renewal for A1, A2, A3, bank guarantee renewal, ATIGA Renewal, LMW License, monthly statement purchase report M1, monthly statement sales report M2, monthly disposal, monthly lampiran K, yearly lampiran M4, tax deduction, monthly statement for subcon, application for subcontract G1 and etc.
• Maintain good housekeeping and workplace safety standards within the warehouse.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates on inventory, deliveries, and logistics performance to management.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
