Job Summary
Lead and supervise M&E site staff to ensure compliance with statutory codes, quality standards, and project requirements while coordinating MEP interfaces and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP (MEP), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to enforce site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
Coordinate MEP interfaces by maintaining interface registers and evidence logs to ensure seamless integration of systems
Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site activities and foster effective interpersonal communication
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E experience, including at least 3 years supervising similar works
Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapor

Ensure that the proportion of A.RE does not exceed 30% of total RE team strength
