Responsibilities
We are an established construction subcontractor specializing in HDB BTO projects, Home Improvement Programme (HIP), tiling works, plumbing & sanitary works, and minor sewer works.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible
Tiling Supervisor
to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily tiling works on site
Ensure workmanship and work progress meet project requirements and deadlines
Manage and coordinate tilers, workers, and subcontractors
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues
Liaise with main contractors, site personnel, and project teams
Ensure workplace safety compliance and proper housekeeping
Monitor material usage and site productivity
Requirements
Experience in construction site supervision, preferably in HDB projects
Knowledge in wall and floor tiling works
Able to read drawings and coordinate site works
Good communication and leadership skills
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
