Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Junior Mechanical Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on mechanical experience and technical support. Will be a bonus to have 3D CAD design experience by SolidWorks but not mandatory. You will be responsible for machine maintenance & repair, technical support and possibility extend to APAC region.

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to)

• Repair & Maintenance: Perform hands-on mechanical repair & maintenance duties, and servicing of machinery both in-house and on-site at customer locations (may include overseas while experience built up).

• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults. Provide prompt technical support via email, WhatsApp, phone, or video calls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High Diploma or above in Mechanical or a related discipline.

• Language Proficiency: Capable of verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for regional customer support).

• Technical Skills:

  • Practical experience in mechanical repair is a MUST

  • Basic MS software knowledge

• Flexibility & Physical Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including some lifting for warehouse inventory handling and equipment maintenance & repair (MUST)

• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, clear communication style, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
