Join our New Ventures team and help shape the future of real estate through innovation. In this role, you will identify emerging technologies, market trends, and startup opportunities that can drive business growth across our diverse portfolio, including construction, retail, office, hotels, and residential. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will conduct market and competitor research, support the adoption of new technologies across business units, develop engaging communications and events to showcase innovation initiatives, and help monitor the performance of venture investments.
