Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and compliance with project requirements
- Lead and participate in system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation across various ICT projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans
- Gather, analyse, and consolidate user requirements, translating business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Prepare technical specifications and procurement documents for applications, hardware, software, and related ICT services
- Support the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of web-based applications and enterprise systems
- Develop and review system architecture, infrastructure design, and network security controls to ensure system reliability and information security compliance
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
