Role Description The Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for guiding clients from initial consultation through to project completion. This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their lifestyle and requirements, proposing design concepts, and preparing detailed space plans and presentations. The Interior Designer will coordinate design proposals, prepare quotations, and work with project teams and contractors to ensure designs are executed according to specifications and timelines.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, reviewing construction drawings, selecting finishes and furnishings, and addressing client feedback to maintain high satisfaction. The role also includes contributing to sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing the firm’s brand and design standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a PLUS
• Proven experience in residential interior design and client-facing sales or consultancy roles.
• Strong visual communication skills, including proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools) and presentation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
