CTI International (M) Hiring! Full Time Planner in Johor, Earn up to MYR 5,200 - Ricebowl

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production schedules based on approved demand and priorities.
• Monitor planned and released production orders.
• Ensure jobs are scheduled according to available capacity and production requirements.
• Update schedules based on approved changes.
• Monitor production plan adherence.
• Highlight potential delays and schedule conflicts to the Senior Planner.
• Create, release and maintain production jobs according to the approved planning process.
• Review job status and ensure jobs are progressing according to schedule.
• Monitor open and overdue jobs.
• Follow up on job completion and closure.
• Ensure job quantities and priorities are properly maintained.
• Escalate abnormal job conditions or quantity changes.
• Review material availability for planned production.
• Monitor material shortages and potential production impact.
• Review production loading against available machine/resource capacity.
• Identify overloaded or underutilized resources.
• Highlight capacity constraints to the Senior Planner / Capacity Planner.
• Support schedule adjustments based on available capacity.
• Maintain planning data related to resources and production requirements.
• Monitor daily production progress against the planned schedule.
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete or blocked jobs.
• Coordinate with Production Controllers and Production teams.
• Escalate critical production exceptions.
• Monitor shipment-critical jobs and ensure timely follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• Production planning and scheduling knowledge.
• Basic understanding of MRP and ERP systems.
• Good Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skill.
• Typically 2-5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, production control or manufacturing operations.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
