Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Guide students with their daily homework and school assignments.
Conduct and facilitate enrichment, character-building, and recreational activities.
Maintain discipline and reinforce positive behaviour.
Prepare and serve meals/snacks, and ensure cleanliness of the premises.
Communicate with parents on students’ progress and behaviour.
Assist with daily administrative tasks and logistics (e.g. attendance, lesson materials).
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute programs and events.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘N’ Levels, NITEC, or equivalent. Higher qualifications in Early Childhood/Teaching/Child Psychology are advantageous.
Prior experience working with children (e.g., tuition, teaching, childcare) is preferred.
Patient, responsible, and passionate about nurturing young minds.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic first aid training (preferred or must be willing to obtain).
