Responsibilities
- manager overall operation of the warehouse and hygience matters,
- monitor daily staff roster and annual leave schedule of the operation staff,
- daily reporting to director/manager on the delievry schedule, stocks and unstuffing schedule,
- monitor warehouse storage capacity and on-time delievry schedule to customer place,
- supervise and train operation staff,
- follow up customers' feedback and queries,
- follow up government agency inspection matter,
- other ad-hoc matter assigned by the management,
