Responsibilities
Our client, a prestigious law firm is urgently looking for a IT Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist to join their office in Central.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a technology expert and vendor contact point for different IT projects
Identify viable technologies and provide recommendations on specific solutions related to Microsoft, AliCloud and other third parties infrastructure and security solutions
Responsible for the planning, development, configuration, implementation, administration, maintenance support o the firm's endpoint, IT infrastructure and cloud workloads, such as connectivity and voice services etc.
Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support, as well as Endpoint management and visual machine management on Azure and AliCloud
Provide endpoint management including desktop and mobile devices by using intune and distributed method (e.g. local GPO, registry, PowerShell)
Coordinate with serves vendors to cover vulnerability and patch management, monitor and alert management (Intune & Qualys)
Develop metric and report for endpoint and infrastructure compliance and improvement
Monitor Single Sign-On access control by using conditional accessSingle Sing-On access controls by using conditional access, security and compliance tools under MS ecosystem, such as Purview, MDE, SQL, Sentinel
Provide remote working solutions management and support on Prisma Access and Azure Virtual Desktop
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines
At least 5 years experience in MS endpoint solution (Intune, Group Policy, Registry, PowerShell), Microsoft Azure VM, and Entra SSO (Conditional Access, SSO Integration with 3rd party SaaS)
Good knowledge in security operational tools (PAM and Qualys, MDE)
Good knowledge in ITIL and DMS
Fluency English and Mandarin is preferred, native Cantonese is highly recommended
