Job Summary

We are seeking a BIM Modeller – Civil & Structure to support our Singapore projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining civil and structural BIM models, producing technical drawings and supporting multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil and structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls and other structural components.
• Prepare civil and structural drawings, plans, sections and details.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and design information.
• Coordinate civil and structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Assist with clash detection and resolution during BIM coordination.
• Update models and drawings according to design changes and project requirements.
• Prepare BIM-based documentation, schedules and model deliverables.
• Ensure modelling follows project BIM standards and established procedures.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical modelling issues.
• Maintain accurate model information and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• Minimun 2 years experience
• Relevant experience as a Civil/Structural BIM Modeller.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings.
• Understanding of structural and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with Singapore project experience will be preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Singapore.

Salary & Application

Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capability.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
