Job Description

Manage reservations, travel bookings and supplier coordination for the company's inbound tourism and travel services.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations and travel bookings.
• Coordinate accommodation reservations.
• Arrange transportation and tourism services.
• Verify availability and supplier confirmations.
• Prepare booking confirmations and travel documentation.
• Maintain accurate reservation records.
• Process booking amendments and cancellations.
• Communicate with customers regarding booking status.
• Coordinate group reservations.
• Liaise with hotels and other tourism suppliers.
• Resolve reservation-related issues.
• Support travel consultants and operations personnel.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Relevant reservation/travel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with travel reservation systems is advantageous.
