Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google) or IT service management are an advantage.
• Experience administering cloud platforms (e.g., MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience in software development with knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, system integration and software testing.
• Familiarity with virtualisation technologies, containers, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of identity and access management, cybersecurity principles, and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in agile, fast-paced and dynamic environments

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, establish, and operate innovation sandbox environments that support rapid experimentation and validation of emerging technologies.
• Develop sandbox governance models, onboarding frameworks, operating procedures, and evaluation mechanisms.
• Manage sandbox operations, user onboarding, access controls, compliance, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and track sandbox utilisation and proactively engage project teams investigate anomalies, optimise resource consumption, and address operational issues.
• Continuously enhance sandbox capabilities based on user feedback and innovation needs.
• Ensure platforms comply with cybersecurity, governance, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Review and validate sandbox resource consumption and billing records, investigate discrepancies, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate chargeback.
• Support administrative, operational, reporting, and governance activities required for the effective management of innovation sandbox platforms and programmes.
• Build reusable innovation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and reference architectures to support scalable and repeatable innovation.
• Develop new enablers, self-service platforms, development toolkits, APIs, cloud environments, and shared services that accelerate experimentation and solution development.
• Provide technical advisory and enablement support to help innovators navigate platform capabilities, governance requirements, and adoption pathways.
