As our Assistant Creative Producer, you will kick-off your journey to the magic of Creative Events and Experiential Marketing, working with clients such as TikTok, Meta, WarnerMedia, TDCX, Bloomberg, and many more.

Are you a born creative with an inert burst of ideas? Can you visualise creative concepts? Do you like the excitement of experiencing events from creation to live?

• Work with the Director to conceptualise and develop creative event and brand activation proposals for clients and internal production events and campaigns
• Prepare turnkey proposals for pitches - this includes ideation decks, creating mood boards, spatial plans, experiential audience journey
• Liaison with designers and other 3rd party vendor leading up to the event for all creative production aspects.
• Creative production preparation such as storyboards, creative briefs, shooting lists, creative content management, pre-production briefing.
• Coordination with the creative team and freelancers
• Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event, with focus on client retention
• Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
• To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events

Pre-Requisites:

• Proficient in a vast array of creative application such as Adobe Suite, CapCut
• Able to ideate creative strategies and put ideas to creative writing for pitch decks
• Creative visualiser
• Minimum Diploma Holder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
