Reporting to Senior Manager - Business Development, the incumbent is responsible for supporting acquisition and conveyancing, conducting market research and investment analysis, preparing feasibility studies and providing property-related advisory and administrative support to facilitate informed business development and investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• • Support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of property opportunities;

  • Conduct market research to assess property trends, market conditions, competitor activity and potential development opportunities;

  • Carry out feasibility studies for property-related projects, including technical, commercial and financial assessments;

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, recommendations and presentations for management decision-making;

  • Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, agents, landowners, government bodies and other relevant parties as required;

  • Monitor property-related risks, issues and opportunities throughout the acquisition and development process; and

  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or other relevant disciplines
  • MHKIS or MRICS is preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate development, market research of Hong Kong property market, preferably gained from property developers or consultants

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer - Business Development.
