Job Description:
Serve as the professional face of the law firm, warmly welcoming clients upon arrival.
Manage confidential and incoming phone calls efficiently, routing enquiries to the correct legal teams or taking precise messages.
Assist clients to designated consultation rooms and serve refreshments promptly to maintain a highly professional law firm image.
Keep conference rooms litigation-ready by consistently refilling bottled waters, setting up stationery, and resetting rooms between client consultations.
Oversee the daily upkeep of the reception area, ensuring pristine cleanliness, optimal lighting, and comfortable air-conditioning temperatures throughout the floor.
Requirements:
Client-focused, detail-oriented, and service-driven approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong telephone etiquette.
Approachable, personable, and professional demeanour.
Working location: Havelock Road.
