Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and related sales documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments.
• Maintain sales records and customer information.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of Sales Assistant experience.
• Previous experience working in a Sales Department is compulsory.
• Experience in preparing quotations, invoices and sales documentation.
• Experience in customer service and sales coordination.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, hardworking and committed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
